Take a moment to press pause from your busy life and ask yourself – What do I really want out of life right now?  Then listen to your promptings – that wise person inside you will provide some ideas and thoughts – be open to them and pay attention to them – just for today. The more you pay attention to your promptings, the more will come to you and the stronger you will feel emotionally as you notice the positive effect of your good actions.

What is MLM? – “Multilevel Marketing”

Multilevel refers to more than one level or tier of compensation to a member that sells a product or provides a service. Marketing simply refers to relaying products or services from a manufacturer to a consumer. Multilevel marketing is a form of marketing that compensates its sales team members for the sales that they generate, and the sales that their recruits generate. This method produces a down line of sales personnel with multiple levels of compensation.

There are several reasons why I like the multilevel business model. First of all is that you are your own boss, and you don’t depend on somebody’s time and money. If you want to wake up at 10 am. You can. If you want to take the weekend off. You can. You can set your own workloads and schedules. You must keep a good work schedule though. It can be easy to choose to do something other than work on your business, but you should remember that with freedom comes responsibility.

Multilevel marketing is for anyone who wishes to break free from the normal 9 to 5 dead end job; or any stay at home mother who wants to be there for her children any time she wants; or the 9 to 5′er who wants to create a good supplemental income.

Anyone who knows just a few people can be successful at MLM. You have an army of like minded people that surrounds you and guides you through the ups and downs of running a business. There are many extremely experienced people that will be eager help in any way they can.

You have to know your target audience. You have to have an open dialogue with them. Ask them about their wants and needs. Socialize with you target audience. Offer what you have trust in, and what you have already tried and loved! People see the confidence coming from your words and eye contact, of course.

The deciding factor between success in network marking and failure is whether a winning team actually exists? A winning team is quite different from just a team. It is a group of people who have an objective and who actively pursue it, it is a group of people that work on the same goals and all together have the best tools for winning. One can be good at one thing, another can be good at another thing, but all together are a team that have a same direction. Take a minute and reflect on what I just said and what it means and you will be aware of what a winning team can accomplish for you.
We are all drawn to people who are like us and that means if you bring in the wrong type of people, the problem will escalate. So, as I am sure you now know, you need to start right. You should be confident that if someone isn’t a good fit for your team or isn’t that person you are looking for, be bold in turning them away. You merely cannot force someone to succeed, they have to want it!

You must apply your marketing knowledge into your daily actions. You must implement the tools, resources, and technology to your advantage. Last but never least is action. Get into action. You did not learn to ride a bike or learn how to swim by meditating did you? You got on the bike and you started pedaling. You got in the pool and gradually learned to swim or someone threw you in the deep end. Just don’t ride your bike into the pool.
